'Breaking Amish' star among those busted for meth in Clearfield County
DuBOIS -- One of the people charged in Thursday's major drug bust in Clearfield County is a reality TV star.
Chapel Peace, 33, 176 Alaska Road, Brookville, is part of the "Breaking Amish" series.
On Thursday, she was charged with one count each of possession with intent to deliver or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance -- methamphetamine -- by law enforcement officials.
All three charges are felonies and came after a drug sweep called "Operation Ice Storm."
Police said two of the people charged Thursday were high-level dealers who distributed large amounts of meth throughout Clearfield.
Peace, who married an Amishman on the reality show two years ago, also was picked up on a bench warrant for being in possession of heroin bags, Valium without a prescription, and syringes in 2015.
