Man accused of assaulting two people with wooden club, taunting shotgun
COALPORT, Pa. (WJAC) — State police say a man is behind bars after allegedly assaulting two people at a Minit Mart and threatening them with a shotgun.
According to a release, troopers say the incident happened at the Coalport Minit Mart along Main Street sometime around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
Troopers say 59-year-old Kenneth Selvage assaulted a 38-year-old man and 35-year-old woman with a wooden club.
According to the release, Selvage went to his vehicle and got a shotgun. He walked into the Minit Mart and continued to threaten the victims while holding the shotgun.
Court documents show Selvage faces a slew of charges, including aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats.
Selvage is being held at the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
