BIOGRAPHY
Born in Châlons-en-Champagne to an engineer father and a stay-at-home mother, Odile Vuillemin grew up alongside her four sisters, including her twin. At the age of four, she moved with her family to Metz, where she lived until she left for Paris for her higher studies in sociology and psychology. It was at this time that she began to become interested in theater. The young woman enrolled at Cours Florent, and ultimately decided to devote herself entirely to her acting career.
Odile Vuillemin landed her first film role in 2001 in the film Le Doux amour des hommes , then participated in several feature films. She notably rubs shoulders with Benoît Poelvoorde in Podium where she plays Claudette, and Elie Semoun in Cyprien . Jean-Pierre Jeunet also directs her in A Long Engagement Sunday . The actress stands out in Double Face , a TV film broadcast on France 3, where she plays a young woman suffering from throat cancer.
But it was in 2009 that the actress revealed herself to the general public, when she obtained the main role in the series Profilage . She plays Chloé Saint-Laurent, a psychologist who helps the police thanks to her ability to project herself into the minds of victims and murderers. A real success for TF1 and for the actress.
