STATE COLLEGE - Another Penn State fraternity is in trouble with the law.
Police said after a party at Alpha Chi Rho late last month two 18-year-old women were found intoxicated on Locust Lane.
Both of the women had blood-alcohol levels that were close to three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
Both were hospitalized for alcohol poisoning.
Alpha Chi Rho was placed on one year of probation in mid-July and lost recognition for a hazing incident.
A preliminary hearing on the most recent charges, furnishing alcohol to minors, is set for Nov. 8.
